This page describes the current technical processing when you use the zurafworks inquiry and quote forms.

Information processed

We process the contact details, project answers and files you submit. A one-way digest derived from the IP address is stored to enforce submission limits.

Purpose and transfer

The information is used to assess and respond to your request, scan attachments and prevent automated abuse. Form content and safe attachments are sent to the configured zurafworks inbox through SMTP.

Analytics and technical records

If you allow analytics, Microsoft Clarity is loaded to help us understand site interaction and performance. You can decline analytics without affecting the forms and change your preference from the footer. Form fields are masked and personal form values are not sent as custom analytics events. Performance records use the page path without query parameters or fragments.

Retention and security

Temporary attachment copies are deleted after success or failure. Rate-limit records expire with their windows. Exact retention periods for email and server logs must be added to the final notice.

Contact info@zurafworks.com for privacy requests. The final notice must add the controller identity, address, legal grounds, recipient groups, retention periods and formal request method.
